Week 4 - Poppyseed

So our little one is the size of a poppyseed. This week I made orange poppyseed muffins with a cream cheese orange sauce. They were delicious! Click here for the original recipe. Apparently these won a blue ribbon at a county fair in Minnesota. You will see why....YUMMY!

I used fresh oranges off a friends tree. I did not have a grater for my oranges so I just put in some extra orange juice and it worked nicely! I doubled the recipe for the muffins, but only made one batch of the orange spread and I had plenty.
