Hide-n-Seek is a favorite at our house. It started with Santiago he usually hides in the same place. Often he tells us where to hide too. Lily was playing with Santi and Gerardo today and she counted to five for the first time, she even said ten after a few made-up numbers. One of their favorite places to hide is this cupboard. I can't even keep anything else in here because they just unload it.
This explains what happened the other day. The kids often pretend like it is raining. Especially Lily she loves to say "ray comee" (meaning the rain is coming.) Yesterday the were playing pretend rain. Santiago suddenly said "Run for cupboard!" I think he meant "run for cover" but something got lost in the translation.
