I have had this cute little rain coat ready to use for months now. Sadly it has not rained all season. This weekend it finally rained so we put on his raincoat and went on an outing.
We went to the Tulare outlets and walked around, while hubby bought new work clothes. Santiago stopped at every window and peered into every shop. He stopped at every one of those little rides that kids can pay a quarter to ride on.
Then we came to the water fountain and he thought he was in heaven. It took me awhile to convince him he could not get in the water because it was just for looking. This was the only place he stood long enough to get a picture of him. All he needs is galoshes!
