Week 24 - Ear Of Corn

So our baby is the size of an ear of corn this week. I thought of several recipes that I use corn in but thought that might be cheating….since it really is suppose to be an ear of corn.
Here in California the street vendors sell an interesting take on corn on the cob.
I had to look it up to see what they put on it. So here it is...

Mexican Corn on the Cob-
Hot Corn on the cob
brushed with mayo
rolled in grated cotija cheese
and sprinkled with chili powder

Or my "white" way of doing it-
Hot corn on the cob
brushed with mayo or butter
rolled in grated parmesan cheese
and sprinkled with crushed red pepper

Either way tastes delicious
